Greetings everyone!
We are in the process of restructuring and becoming more efficient! By taking a data driven approach, we hope to improve on the great work that we already do and demonstrate to policymakers that we strive to be as efficient and effective as possible.
To that end, I am inquiring if anyone has the following information readily available or can point me in a solid direction.
*a standard or "baseline" established for the contact index of CT, GC, syphilis, and HIV
*standard or "baseline" positivity for CT, GC that serves as a threshold to decide if testing/screening should continue at a site or within a population
I know we all report on these things, but are there "standards" or set "baselines" for performance measures to indicate effectiveness? The measures change may change enough from year to year that establishing a "baseline" would be like comparing Golden Delicious apples to Fuji apples. Hmmm...
If anyone can assist, we would greatly appreciate it!!
