New: STD Clinical Consultation Network

The National Network of STD Clinical Prevention Training Centers (NNPTC) is rolling out its free clinical consultation network. This online resource provides STD clinical consultation services within 1-3 business days, depending on urgency, to healthcare providers in the United States. Developed by and adapted from a consultation service by the Southeastern Tubersulosis Center, clinicians can submit their questions to the network that will be automatically relayed to STD experts in their NNPTC region. While a telephone consultation can be requested, email is the preferred method of communication.
